Invergarry lies in the Great Glen a few miles south of Loch Ness in an area of spectacular scenery within the Highlands of Scotland. There are opportunities for access to most kinds of outdoor activity, including walking, climbing, water sports, fishing, cycling and skiing in season.

The Great Glen cycle route passes through Invergarry and access to the Great Glen Way is close by. Plus many more formal tourist attractions such as the official Loch Ness Monster Exhibition at Drumnadrochit and Urquhart Castle are within easy driving distance or can be reached daily by public transport.. The west coast and the Isle of Skye, with its unique atmosphere, are not far away through some of the best scenery you will ever experience.

Or travel the famous "Road to the Isles" from Fort William through Glenfinann to Mallaig by road or steam train.

Comprehensive area information is published by Visit Scotland and the Highlands of Scotland Tourist Board. The nearest Tourist Information Centre is at Fort Augustus, 7 miles away.
